The Division 1 side faced current county champions St. Lomans in their opening fixture for 2024 last Friday evening at home. A draw at half-time at four points a-piece. The second half was more of same with both teams leaving with a share of the spoils in a very tight and even game. Final score 0-9 to 0-9.
The Division 4 side got off to a roaring start under new manager Joe O’Sullivan. The lads faced St. Mary’s Rochfortbridge away on Saturday turning in an impressive performance to take all the points on offer.
