All members and users of our club facilities undertake to adhere to our minimum guidelines below:

Medical Conditions:
It is your responsibility to inform the team Coach/Trainer or Volunteer of any medical conditions you might have.
It is the Parent/Legal Guardian's responsibility to inform the team Coach/Trainer or Volunteer of any medical conditions or special needs your child may have.
Aims & Objectives:
I hereby apply to The Committee of The Downs GAA Club for membership of the Club, Membership and/or Youth Membership of Cumann Lúthchleas Gael (The Gaelic Athletic Association).
I subscribe to and undertake to further the aims and objectives of the Club and of Cumann Lúthchleas Gael (The Gaelic Athletic Association) and to abide by its rules. I agree to allow the above names Children participate in organised coaching sessions and games supervised by The Downs GAA Club. I consent to the above Application and to undertakings given by the Applicant.
Code of Behaviour:
At CLG Na Dúnta, we are very proud of our club, facilities and reputation within the GAA Community.
Whether on our grounds at Breedon Molloy Park or supporting elsewhere, it is required that every member, parent, player and visitor behaves in a respectful and supportive manner towards all other persons - children, players, officials, coaches, stewards and supporters.
Please remember that we are a voluntary organisation and whether playing, coaching or supporting, everyone is representing themselves and the club to their best ability.
The Downs GAA is an inclusive club where everyone is welcome to enjoy our sport without subjection to abusive, threatening or inappropriate language\behaviour.

Photograph Policy:
In accordance with the Code of Ethics and Good Practice in children's sport The Downs GAA Club wishes to advise parents that photos may be taken of your child during training\games. The photos may be then used in the marketing and promotion of The Downs GAA Club in compliance with the code of ethics guidelines.
First Aid:
The undersigned Parent or Guardian hereby gives permission the The Downs GAA Club to authorize/administer first aid or medical treatment as may be deemed necessary for the minor(s) named above while participating in club activities
